This book is short introduction into Karam Flow.Karam Flow is a practice in which a person explores her/himself through movements, which are external and internal. It involves spirit and soul (the meaning of "psychology").The dynamic approach is needed as the practitioner is working with an energy. At the same time there is a certain relaxation effect and the balance is achieved through the state of meditation in which one should remain.Essential part of the training is the development of the sensitivity for the "flow" and experiencing it through different exercises and tools.The aim of the practitioner is to get in the state, where her/his movement are harmonious, smooth, and she/he is in her/his centres of balance (Heart, Mind, and Will).

Karam Flow" is an innovative form of dynamic meditation created by Ogi Karam in Barcelona’s Parc de la Ciutadella in April 2022. Extending beyond traditional martial arts, "Karam Flow" represents a new expression known as Flow Art, blending the principles of movement, energy, and self-discovery into a harmonious practice for the mind, body, and spirit. As one of the first Flow Arts—and certainly not the last—it reimagines meditation as an active and fluid experience aligned with the dynamic pace of modern life.Inspired by the Flow Jams held in Barcelona, Ogi Karam created "Karam Flow" to celebrate the joy of movement, the synergy of shared skills, and the sense of community fostered by the flow arts.These Flow Jams emphasized the power of collaboration, creativity, and shared passion for dynamic expression, guiding Ogi Karam to craft a practice that connects individuals with universal energy, encourages inner peace, and engages with the flow community in a meaningful way.
