
Karam Flow is an integral Flow style & dynamic meditation system created by Ogi Karam in Barcelona’s Parc de la Ciutadella in April 2022.Extending beyond traditional martial arts and contemporary Flow Arts, Karam Flow represents a synthesis of movement, awareness, communication, and synergy. It brings together multiple disciplines into a structured yet adaptable practice designed to restore alignment between body, mind, and action—allowing different elements of the human system to function in coherence rather than conflict.At its core, Karam Flow is not about forcing performance, but about removing resistance so that clarity, presence, and natural movement can emerge. It is both a physical and perceptual practice—where motion becomes meditation, and awareness becomes a way of engaging with life.Rooted in the spirit of Flow Jams in Barcelona, Karam Flow was born from shared practice, experimentation, and human connection. These gatherings revealed that Flow Arts are not only a form of expression, but also a powerful method for developing focus, balance, relational awareness, and collective synergy—the ability to move, interact, and create in harmony with others.Over time, this evolved into a system that integrates:
movement, breath, attention, interaction, and synergistic awareness—bridging internal state with external expression, and individual experience with group dynamics.In 2023, this vision was articulated in the book “Karam Flow – The Cosmic Flow”, establishing one of the early comprehensive frameworks for Flow as an integrated and conscious practice.Today, Karam Flow is offered through sessions, workshops, and collaborative experiences, creating spaces where individuals can train, explore, and embody flow directly—both individually and in synergy with others.It is an invitation to reconnect with a natural state of clarity and alignment—through movement, presence, conscious interaction, and the experience of living in synergy.

This book is short introduction into Karam Flow.Karam Flow is a practice in which a person explores her/himself through movements, which are external and internal. It involves spirit and soul (the meaning of "psychology").The dynamic approach is needed as the practitioner is working with an energy. At the same time there is a certain relaxation effect and the balance is achieved through the state of meditation in which one should remain.Essential part of the training is the development of the sensitivity for the "flow" and experiencing it through different exercises and tools.The aim of the practitioner is to get in the state, where her/his movement are harmonious, smooth, and she/he is in her/his centres of balance (Heart, Mind, and Will).
